The TNR ChromaJet series printer is truly a "one size fits most" machine. Whether used for envelopes, boxes, brochures, or custom items such as coffee sleeves, coasters, and napkins, the options are nearly endless. A pigmented ink that will not run when wet opens the door to many different types of print media and applications. Printing images up to 11.7" wide and 36" long, full bleed at 1200×1200 dpi, furthers the possibilities. PMS color matching allows exact color configuration for custom logos and other prints where color must match exactly.

Print media is expertly controlled via a two-zone, variable-speed true vacuum product hold down. The system has enough vacuum to suction even aggressively curled media flat to the transport, limiting the impact of older or lower-quality print stock. Vacuum air is exhausted away from the machine, reducing air turbulence under the print area so it does not affect print quality.

With speeds up to 18 inches per second, a production speed of 10,200 pieces per hour is achievable — at an approximate cost of $1.33 per thousand for a #10 envelope with recipient address, return address, and logo. With such a low operating cost, this system increases profits as well as speed and efficiency against competing systems.

Built with a standard 8" maximum head height, significantly thicker product may also be run, such as preformed boxes and other larger items. An open front design allows hand feeding of oversized media such as flat boxes.

When not printing on oversized media, our feeder with integrated acceleration/alignment table is an excellent option for anything from 2.25"×2.25" to 12.5"×15" in its standard configuration. Other sizes can be configured at the time of purchase.

This system can be purchased in many configurations and form factors — from just the base itself, up to a base with feeder and conveyor with integrated speed controls, or as a floor model with included cabinetry. A monitor and keyboard mount is available to integrate the system into your production line, and dimensions like machine height and feeder width can be customized at order.
